What Icebreaker Executive does not do

True to form we collaborate with the experts. We have selected leading collaborative partners in specific expert fields to support our core executive interim management team.

Collaborative partners. In these times of vast uncertanty SMT support our team to achieve certainty. They evaluate a businesses viability up front and root our implementation programs in hard market and competitive intelligence. Furthermore Tony Murphy former Director of restructuring at Smith and Williamson gets involved to advise on technical issues relating to insolvency and the restructuring options. Icebreaker have the development of a pioneering, professional change management development program for clients and interim managers alongside the venerable John Webster from CEOGB in 2007/8 who has been working as and with CEOs for the past 20 years. In 2009 Icebreaker refined this action based learning program with Ashridge Business School to more closely meet align the content the extreme and challenging circumstances implementation managers and distressed clients face.

We are not management consultants; we get involved and get the job done. We have no interest in unnecessarily extending programmes. We are purely focused on transferring knowledge and providing leadership and support to management teams as they implement change. When the management team is able to lead and deliver the programme themselves we will negotiate and agree our exit strategy.

We are not recruitment consultants; we are not looking to fill permanent roles. Our senior interim managers are here to use their extensive knowledge and experience, often gained from outside your specific industry, to deliver what your business needs in a cost-effective and timely manner.

We do not claim to have access to the large quantities of Executive Interim Managers offered by other providers because we believe that by building strong relationships with a smaller number of interims enables us to consistently guarantee the quality and high level of service we provide.
