Two industry sectors were covered. Financial Services and Retail. I shared our observations derived from our retail turnaround engagements covering: the key marketing and pricing success drivers marketing, multi-channel aspects, cost drivers, business model, tech, AI, ethical, customer experience and profitability drivers. And the psychology of how retail mantras skew strategies and squander profits. Key themes discussed were AI and the respective technologies, data and analytics and most importantly what drives profit, sustainability and great customer experience.
