Do women really want parity with us men…? Diversity & inclusion has nothing to do with our race or sex etc. Even during the most traumatic business environments, putting aside equally stupid male and female humour, I have never seen discrimination. But I have witnessed nearly all leaders unable to manage the diversity of their team members perspectives so find it difficult to include some team members – so exclude them?
