A good pragmatic article on Tech in retail – I agree from the several retail turnarounds we have led, its back to basics, with technology as an enabler NOT a panacea aligned with a bricks and clicks strategy. Business is about profit and relationships, TECH often undermines both and leaving differentiation being price – destroying markets and brands. Growth is the other flawed panacea that needs addressing the antitheses of sustainability, which will screw us all over the next 10 years….
