ASOS as a market leader how can a 4% net margin be a great result when you have such a strong market position, with your service levels you should be making hay while the sun shines? Surely you are depressing your own market pricing and the market will only get tougher? What is the plan to increase gross margins?
Indeed that said with the outstanding hard earned brand and market position ASOS has achieved, ASOS definitely could have their cake and eat it. Contrary to the mantra – increasing pricing in some top end categories increases sales too. the trick is the journey, customer recruitment, and getting pricing aligned. Happy days either way.
