The Hidden Business Bear Trap: Yesterday I met with an incredibly successful executive at an FTSE 30 client. (in the context that 85% of their employees are disengaged) she said something quite worrying: that they are now so busy and stressed that they don’t respond at all or at best very slowly to new solutions.


That said, I felt fortunate that she requested a way forwards, and push it with her exec team but… Shutting down options is a sure way to destroy value.


I think this is one element that shows the quiet crisis that is creeping up on businesses: that the organisations and people in them are beginning not to be able to cope. breaks this cycle by opening the options, create the time to act get out and stay out of this bear trap.
