Micromanagement or political correctness both create a tyranny of tolerance and form thinly veiled bullying because it creates real stress for those with real integrity. Those without integrity, or without the respect for a healthy diversity of views will thrive. These behaviours don’t deliver results in tough times they stall those with the courage to act
